From your first free consultation to the moment the home is handed back to you, we keep you informed and in control.
Kate comes to you - free of charge. You get to know each other, discuss how an estate sale works, and she gives you an honest read on whether a sale is the right fit. Trust comes first; nothing happens until you feel comfortable.
Once we set a date, the real work begins. Kate researches any items worth investigating, prices everything fairly, and prepares professional listings on trusted estate sale sites.
We bring in tables, tablecloths, pricing equipment, and signage, and turn your home into a clean, beautiful, shoppable space. Most sales are set up over one to two weeks - we never rush this emotional event.
Trained staff run the sale from opening to close - greeting shoppers, managing checkout, and keeping the space organized. Our goal: a busy sale, fair prices, and happy customers on both sides.
When the last shopper leaves, we help you decide what happens next. Most clients want a completely empty home - we'll set that up with donation, charity pickup, or disposal options you choose.
